Terms of Service

Last updated: September 26, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Merge Pop (the "Game"), developed by Anaround ("we", "us"). By creating an account or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under the age required by your country to consent to these Terms on your own, you need permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Your account

3. Virtual currency and items

Coins and any other in-game currency or items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable between accounts. We may adjust, reset, or remove virtual currency and items at our discretion, including to correct errors or exploits.

4. Fair play

Multiplayer battles and Tournaments are meant to be a fair contest between real players. You agree not to:

We may reset scores, revoke rewards, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. Conduct

Keep display names and any player-visible text appropriate — no harassment, hate speech, impersonation, or content that's illegal or infringes someone else's rights.

6. Intellectual property

The Game, including its design, artwork, and code, belongs to Anaround (or its licensors) and is protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms don't grant you any ownership in the Game — only a personal, non-transferable license to play it.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms. You may stop using the Game, and delete your account, at any time.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anaround is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Game after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

This is a plain-language draft covering the situations Merge Pop actually has (accounts, virtual currency, competitive leaderboards). It hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer, and the governing-law/jurisdiction clause a formal Terms of Service usually has has been left out — have a lawyer in your jurisdiction review this before you treat it as final, especially once real money (ads, purchases) is involved.
